May 2025 (Elections)

• Treasurer’s Report delivered. Speaker system paid off.

• Update on Palestinian/International Solidarity given. Hands Off rally recently. 

  • Meeting pending with public schools superintendent

• Right to Strike continuing to try for union signatures. Meets once a week on Thursdays. HCPL contract ratified!

• Rent Stabilization/tenant organizing update postponed. 

• Columbia Association: Kat and Jared lost. Board seems to be more of the same. Allies have however been elected to the Wilde Lake Village Board 

• Committee information given. W.R. Grace not doing great. 

• Candidates for Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and two candidates for At-Large Member gave their spiels.
